By accessing or using FSCFinCoach ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FSCFinCoach provides software tools to help users:

• Analyze credit reports for potential errors and inaccuracies
• Generate dispute letters to credit bureaus and creditors
• Track credit repair progress
• Access AI-powered coaching and guidance
• Manage budgets and savings goals

3. Important Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about the results you will achieve. Credit repair results vary based on individual circumstances, the nature of items on your credit report, and other factors beyond our control.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Dispute items you know to be accurate
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Access and Eligibility

Consultation Requirement

Access to FSCFinCoach is granted after completing a free consultation with Coach Seger Phillips through Family Source Center. There are no fees or subscriptions required.

Account Approval

After your intake session, your account will be reviewed and approved. Access is typically granted within 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

Cost

FSCFinCoach is provided at no cost through Family Source Center. All features are included with your approved account.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FSCFinCoach and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (credit reports, documents, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSCFinCoach, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation (contact us first)
2. Binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA
3. Small claims court (if eligible)

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
